Thank you for shopping at EatHealthyKart.com. We take the utmost care in preparing and packaging our healthy food products. Because we deal in perishable food items, our return and refund policies are strictly structured to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

1. Returns & Perishable Goods Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature, health, and hygiene standards of food items (including Millet Laddus, Cookies, and Nutrition Powders), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

  • All food products are strictly Non-Returnable.

2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Shipments

We want you to have a perfect experience. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund if you receive an incorrect product, a damaged package, or if there is a verified quality issue.

  • Reporting Timeline: You must report any damage or product discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Required Proof: Please include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and clear photographs/videos of the outer packaging and the affected product.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will process a replacement or full refund from our end within 2 to 3 business days.

3. Refunds Processing Timeline

  • If a refund is approved due to a valid cancellation or a damaged delivery, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Bank Timeline: The refund will be initiated from our end within 2 business days. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending entirely on your bank/payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@eathealthykart.com or via our customer support number.

  • Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner (Shiprocket), the order cannot be canceled or recalled.
