Eat Healthy Kart provides an online platform to purchase healthy, traditional food products such as snacks, millet products, spice powders, and other related nutrition items.

  • Prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely through our verified third-party payment gateways.

  • Eat Healthy Kart reserves the absolute right to cancel any order due to unexpected stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipments are carefully packed for transit safety and dispatched dynamically through our integrated logistics aggregator, Shiprocket.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and typically take 3 to 7 business days. Timelines may vary due to location, courier availability, or external factors.

  • We are not legally responsible for shipment delays caused by unforeseen logistical circumstances or courier delays.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details to avoid order issues or failed delivery attempts.

5. Cancellation & Strict Food Return Policy

  • Cancellations: Order cancellation may be allowed only before the shipment is dispatched. Once handed over to Shiprocket, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Strict Non-Returnable Policy: Due to the perishable nature, health, and strict hygiene standards of food items, all products sold on Eat Healthy Kart are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

  • Damaged Goods: For verified shipments that arrive physically damaged, a replacement or refund will be initiated only if reported with photographic/video proof within 24 hours of delivery to support@eathealthykart.com as per our Refund and Return Policy.

  • Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending entirely on your banking provider.

6. Product Information & Allergen Notice

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and ingredient details. Images are for representation purposes only. Taste, color, or final packaging design may vary slightly due to natural variations or manufacturing batches.

  • Allergen Notice: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check product descriptions and ingredient details for potential allergens before buying. We are not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our food products.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app or website or attempt unauthorized access to our secure systems.

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Engage in activities that may harm our platform, network, or users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, trademarks, images, text, and brand designs, belongs to Eat Healthy Kart and the legal proprietor, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MANCHALA JAYASREE and Eat Healthy Kart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, shipping delays, or the improper storage/handling of food products by the customer post-delivery. Our maximum financial liability to you shall never exceed the actual purchase price of the specific product ordered.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates implies full acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
