🥣 How It's Made
Premium wheat flour and suji are blended with pure ghee, a pinch of salt, and water to prepare a smooth, pliable dough. Dry grated coconut is carefully mixed with organic jaggery powder, chopped cashews, raisins, and aromatic cardamom to create a rich, naturally sweet filling. The dough is rolled into thin discs, generously filled, folded into the traditional crescent shape, and hand-sealed with decorative edges. Each Karanji is then deep-fried until beautifully golden and perfectly crisp. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities to ensure freshness, authentic homemade taste, and consistent quality.
