How It’s Made:
Edible gum is carefully fried in pure ghee until light and crispy. Whole wheat flour is slow roasted to enhance aroma and taste. Makhana, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds are lightly roasted and blended with dry coconut powder and jaggery powder. The mixture is combined with ghee and flavored with cardamom powder, then hand-rolled into soft, traditional laddus.
